It's been a number of years since we've had a washed process Ethiopia in our lineup. With so many delectable natural process coffees coming out of the birthplace of coffee, it can be hard to focus on this newer processing method. But when the fine folk at Cafe Kreyól sent us a goodie box of samples including this coffee, we got excited!
Comprised of washed lots from the farmers of the Halo Barti Cooperative, this coffee showcases many delicate notes; a floral nose, a sweet and tart pink lemonade, white grape, citrus candy, and ripe juicy grapefruit. And oh when it starts to cool off, that's when the magic really happens and the florals have a chance to shine. See for yourself how sweet this Sweet Lily can be!
