We are thrilled to offer this exciting Colombian Micro Lot coffee for a third year from our friends at Arango Specialty Coffee. La Mina is grown on Henry Martinez's picturesque farm in La Union, Nariño, in the southernmost portion of Colombia. He purchased the farm from his father and he feels strongly about the important relationship between specialty coffee and reducing volatility in the coffee market. Grown above 1,900 meters this fully washed coffee is a classic Colombia with a creamy mouthfeel, and a clean finish. Notes of rich milk chocolate, vanilla, and caramel sweetness round out this gorgeous coffee. We love this coffee as an espresso or when prepared in an AeroPress.
